Hope is the essence of life.
Life survives despite its hardship, tragedy, and melancholy… the only driving force being hope, for a better tomorrow, for a better future. Even people who don’t have hope thrive with hope… I know it’s funny to say people without hope, but there are really some who are so… like terminally ill patient or the CEO of a recently bankrupt company or someone who has lost everyone…
When we fall from our dreams to reality or from richness of wealth to stringency of poverty, from pleasure to pain, from smoothness to ruffling… the initial shock is absorbed in the matrix of optimism… in the milieu sanguinity… and life gains its pace again. We look forward. Sometimes we feel like we are in the wrong track, sometimes we proceed in the correct direction.
No matter how much hardship one has to endure, the key to recovery is hope and courage… and most importantly you have to learn to enjoy what you’ve instead of what you had or what you could have had…

I was searching for image and found this quote with the image given here…
“There are times when it is hard to believe in the future, when we are temporarily just not brave enough. When this happens, concentrate on the present. Cultivate le petit bonheur (the little happiness) until courage returns. Look forward to the beauty of the next moment, the next hour, the promise of a good meal, sleep, a book, a movie, the likelihood that tonight the stars will shine and tomorrow the sun will shine. Sink roots into the present until the strength grows to think about tomorrow.” – Ardis Whitman
