Hopes, no matter how unlikely they appear, they are always there in our subconsciously semiconscious mind. There are some facts which we know for sure, still we hope or our desperate mind finds silent pleasure in thinking or deluding the opposite.

Sometimes I wonder about the benefits of this psychology! What is the point in believing or at least deceiving into something which isn’t true or which is never going to happen? Do we get inspirations from our never going to be true dreams? Or is it just our mind refusing to accept the already proven reality? Or is it just a phase of mind? Or is it a phase in the metamorphosis of philosophy of life? Or is it the emotion of being with the past which is already an entry of archive?

I was going through one of my family member’s facebook profile, suddenly these questions popped up in my mind.

In spite of being the organism having the most advanced logical and reasoning capabilities, most of the Homo sapiens tend to accept most things in life without questioning logical background.

Rituals… we’ve a whole lot of them in our life. And interestingly we don’t even know how and when they developed in our subconscious mind or life… we don’t bother to question their presence.

How do they start? Mostly as exceptions, like any other regulars in our life, they become part of our life. Like addictions they eclipse our thoughts. Reasoning is obscured in the shadow of strong emotion.

How do they end? Mostly as realizations, like any other fading events in our life, they become part of the history of our life. Like retained snapshots they visit our mind sometimes. The shadow is obliterated in the glimpse of light.
